Where can I find the appraisals of antiques?

My grandparents are tight on money and they wanted me to go through all of their antiques to see if they had anything of value that I could try to sell for them. A lot of it is extremely old victorian looking porcelains. I have tried to find the values online but am not having any luck. Is there a specific book or website that could help to find out what these things are worth?

They work very well, they are electric, the paint is great, and they look fine.
